| Recruitment services (contract, permanent and retained search)
Legacy place driven, focused and talented individuals into meaningful employment.
The only condition is that they have a previous conviction and a desire to change.
We leverage our relationships with the prison service, DWP (including Job Centres) and the probation service to bring our client's vacancies to the attention of this largely untapped pool of candidates. We provide a professional recruitment service qualifying the candidates suitability; including discussion around their offence(s), qualifications, experience, soft skills and motivation. We manage the recruitment process and provide post-placement support.

|'Breakout' - An interactive, thought-provoking presentation / workshop for companies who are open to hiring ex-offenders. We aim to break the stigma around dealing with people with criminal convictions and educate hiring managers on the innumerable benefits of hiring from this pool of talent. This also enables us to market our recruitment services.

| Employability workshops - Run for ex-offenders both in custody and the community. Bespoke, depending on the individual's and group's needs.
Also, increasing awareness about the services HMS Legacy provides.

| Podcasts - Initially monthly content where we interview anyone who has anything to say on the subject of placing people with convictions into meaningful employment.
We are looking for sponsorship for episodes or, ideally, a series.
